CRANBERRY RELISH MOLD 
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jello
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. hot water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. ground fresh cranberries
1 sm. orange with peel or 1 c. frozen cranberry relish
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Drain pineapple and reserve juice. Add to water to make 1/2 cup. Dissolve Jello and sugar in hot water with lemon juice. Add remaining ingredients.

OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:

1 c. marshmallow creme
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. orange juice
1/4 c. mayo

Chill. Serve as a relish chopped up in a pretty bowl and omit topping. 8 to 10 servings.
