SUPER MACARONI SALAD 
1 lb. shell macaroni
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. salt
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
4 carrots, grated
1 c. sugar
2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. vinegar
Pepper to taste

Cook, drain and cool macaroni according to package directions. Add vegetables and mix thoroughly. Make a dressing of the remaining ingredients. Pour over the macaroni mixture. Makes 1 gallon and keeps well in the refrigerator.
