CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. seasoned long grain & wild rice
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. (or more) chicken (or ham) sm. pieces
1 can mushrooms, sliced
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/4 c. milk
Parmesan cheese

Prepare rice according to directions. Spread over 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Add layers of broccoli, meat, mushrooms and cheese soup. Blend celery soup, mayonnaise, mustard and curry with 1/4 cup milk. Pour over all. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
