CHICKEN CURRY WITH BROCCOLI 
2-4 c. cooked chicken
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
Juice of 1 lemon
1 c. uncooked rice
Pepperidge Farm crumbs

Mix together. Layer with broccoli. Top with crumbs. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
