CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI 
6 chicken breasts
16 oz. frozen broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. real mayonnaise
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 lemon

Stew and bone chicken. Prepare 1 1/2 cups rice with 3 cups water. Par-boil broccoli. Combine cream of chicken soup, cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry. Layer dish with steamed rice, broccoli and chicken. Cover with sauce and bake 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
