BEET JELLY 
4 c. beet juice or water
5 c. sugar
1 pkg. raspberry flavored Kool-Aid
1 pkg. Sure Jel

Measure beet juice in a large pan. Heat to boiling. Add Sure Jel and Kool-Aid. Stir well and heat to boiling again. Add sugar all at one time and bring to rolling boil. Boil 3 minutes or until it drips slowly off the spoon. I always use a wooden spoon.
