JELLO BEET JELLY 
6 raw beets
4 c. water
1/2 c. real lemon juice
1 sm. pkg. raspberry Jello
1 pkg. Sure-Jel
5 c. sugar

Clean and wash beets good, cook and save juice. Add water to make 3 1/2 cups juice. Add real lemon juice, Jello and Sure-Jel. Boil 3 minutes. Add 5 cups sugar. Boil 2 minutes longer. Pour into jars and seal.
