4 c. beet juice
7 c. sugar
1 lg. size berry Jello
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 box Sure-Jell

Combine beet juice, lemon juice and Jello; stir. Add Sure-Jell and bring to rolling boil. Add sugar and bring to rolling boil again and boil 1 minute. Add frozen chopped berries to change flavor.
