RED BEET JELLY 
3 1/2 c. beet juice
1/2 c. real lemon juice
1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jello
1 pkg. sure-jell
5 c. sugar

Mix together beet juice, lemon juice, Jello and sure jell. Boil 3 minutes. Add sugar and boil 4 minutes. Makes 5-6 jars of jelly.
