RED BEET JELLY 
3 c. raw beets, peeled and diced
7 c. water

Cook until tender and run all through blender.

Add to above: 2 boxes Sure Jell

Bring to full boil and add: 2 (6 oz.) pkgs. red raspberry Jello

Boil at full rolling boil 10-15 minutes. Skim foam and fill jars with skimmed jelly and seal with wax or seal-on lids.
