BARBECUE MEAT BALLS 
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
3 lbs. hamburger
2 c. oats
1 c. onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chili powder
2 eggs
2 tsp. salt

Make into meat balls. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees; drain. Pour sauce over meat balls. Bake 30 minutes more.

SAUCE:

2 c. catsup
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. onion
