SANDY SOSA'S BARBECUED MEAT
BALLS
 
1 can evaporated milk
3 lbs. hamburger
2 c. quick oatmeal
2 eggs
1 c. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chili powder

SAUCE:

2 c. catsup
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Form meat mixture into small balls. Place into pan in single layer. Stir sauce until dissolved over low heat in saucepan. Pour over meatballs and bake one hour at 350 degrees. Bake in large Pyrex pan if possible.
