AMBROSIA SALAD | |
2 bananas, sliced 1 (15 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained 1 1/2 c. chopped dates 1 1/3 c. Bakers angel flaked coconut 2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained 1 (8 oz.) container plain yogurt 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. poppy seed Layer pineapple, dates, coconut, and oranges. Combine yogurt and lemon juice and spoon over fruit. Sprinkle poppy seeds on top. Just before serving, add bananas and toss. Serves 6-8. |
