BAKED AMBROSIA SWEET POTATOES 
1/2 lemon, thinly sliced
1/2 orange, thinly sliced
6-7 c. sweet potatoes, cooked or canned (drained)
1 c. (9 oz.) crushed pineapple
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shredded coconut
Maraschino cherries, optional

Slice cooked or canned potatoes and alternate with thinly sliced fruit in 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients, except coconut. Pour over all. Sprinkle with coconuts. May garnish or trim with cherries. Bake in moderate oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8-10.
