CABBAGE AND POLOCK 
1-2 heads of cabbage
1 lb. Polish sausage
2 sm. cans sliced water chestnuts
4 oz. water
Pinch black pepper

Cut cabbage in eights. Place in crock pot with sausage cut in 1 to 1 1/2 inch long pieces with water chestnuts. Cover and cook, no other water or spices are needed. Variations - Johnsonville Brocks - Irish Garlic or Italian Sausage.
