KIELBASA AND CABBAGE 
1 lb. Polish sausage
1 med. firm head cabbage
6 slices bacon
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. caraway seed
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. seasoned salt

Cook bacon until crisp, crumble. Add all ingredients to some of bacon grease (except sausage and bacon). Steam 15 minutes or until crisp tender. Add sausage. Cook 15 minutes longer or until heated and cabbage is still crisp tender. Top with bacon.
