MEXICAN CORN BREAD 
2 c. cornmeal
1 c. milk
1 c. cheese grated
1/3 c. corn oil
3 eggs
1 onion chopped
1 can creamed corn
1/2 c. Jalapeno peppers chopped
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix all the ingredients; pour into a greased pan.

Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes.
