EASY MEXICAN CORN BREAD 
1/2 lb. bacon (fried) reserve grease
1 c. cornmeal
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 can cream style corn
1/2 lb. grated cheese
3/4 hot jalapeno pepper

Mix together all ingredients in order given including reserved grease from bacon. Pour into 13 x 9 inch baking pan (greased). Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
