CARROT PINEAPPLE NUT BREAD 
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. grated carrots
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix ingredients in order given; mix well. Divide into 2 greased pans and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
