BAKED BEANS 
2 c. white navy pea beans
1 c. light brown sugar
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. molasses
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 c. water (make sure beans are moist)
1 sm. piece salt pork

Soak beans overnight; drain. Add water and bring to slow boil; boil beans until soft and drain. Bake all together in a 2 quart casserole of bean dish at 300 degrees for 3-4 hours.
