LAYERED CASSEROLE 
2 med. potatoes
2 med. carrots
1 med. onion
1 sm. can peas
1 can tomato soup
1 lb. lean ground beef

Peel, slice and place potatoes, carrots and onions in alternate layers in 2 quart casserole dish. Pour peas and soup over top. Shape ground beef into patties, place around edge of dish. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove cover, and bake for 1 hour longer. Yield 4-6 servings.
