CHERRY CHEESE CUPCAKES 
BATTER:

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
4 tsp. vanilla

Beat until smooth. Put a cupcake pan in muffin tin. Place a vanilla wafer in the bottom. Fill 3/4 full with batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until light brown. Let cool and put 2 or 3 cherries from a pie filling on top. Keep refrigerated until use for best results.
