CHERRY CHEESE CUPCAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
Vanilla wafers (24)

Mix cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla and eggs together, beat until smooth. Put vanilla wafer in cupcake paper. Fill half full of cheese mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool, spoon on pie filling. Refrigerate. Makes 24.
