IDIOT ROLLS 
2 pkg. yeast
2 beaten eggs
1 c. cold water
3/4 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. lukewarm water
1 c. boiling water
3/4 c. Crisco
7 c. self-rising flour

Mix eggs, cold water and sugar in large bowl. In small bowl, mix Crisco, butter and boiling water.

Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup lukewarm water. Mix all together in large bowl. Add flour and mix well. Cover and refrigerate. Let stand overnight.

When ready, knead and press out to desired thickness. Cut with biscuit cutter. Fold over in half; dip both sides in butter. Put on baking sheet and bake at 450°F for 7 to 10 minutes.
