EASY CRUNCHY GRANOLA | |
7 c. rolled oats 1 c. rolled wheat 1 c. wheat germ 1 1/4 c. ground sesame seeds 1/2 c. instant dried milk 2 tbsp. brewers yeast 1/2 to 2 c. flaked coconut 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1/2 to 1 c. honey 1 tbsp. vanilla 1 c. peanuts; optional 1 c. walnuts; optional 1 c. sunflower seeds; optional Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In baking pan toast until lightly brown, oats and wheat. Shake every few minutes. Add wheat germ, sesame seeds, dry milk, yeast and coconut. Add optional ingredients. Toast for about 5 minutes. Stir in oil, honey and vanilla. Toast 5 more minutes. Remove from oven and store in loosely covered jar. |
