ANGIE'S CHOCOLATE PUDDING 
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
2 egg yolks
pinch of salt

Stir cocoa, flour and sugar together. Mix eggs and milk with whisk. Add to cocoa mixture and stir while cooking. Cook until thickens to light and fluffy mixture. Pour directly onto vanilla wafers.

Make a topping of egg whites beaten with 6 tablespoons sugar. Spoon onto top and bake at 375°F until golden brown.
