POTATO PANCAKES 
9 ground potatoes
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
Sprinkle of garlic salt
2 eggs
A little chopped onion
1/2 c. milk (if needed)

Fry in oil, drain on paper bag, flip over. Layer pancakes in a pan with butter and sour cream. Bake in oven, covered with foil, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, uncover, bake 15 minutes more. May also add grated apples, bacon, 1/2 to 1 cup cottage cheese, nutmeg, parsley, etc.
