SKY'S THE LIMIT SWEET POTATOES 
3 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. pecans, chopped
1/3 stick butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine sweet potatoes, brown sugar, salt, eggs, butter, milk and vanilla. Place in a baking dish. Combine brown sugar, flour, pecans and butter for topping. Spread on top of sweet potatoes. Bake for 40 minutes.
