CREAM CHOPPED BROCCOLI 
1 lg. bunch broccoli
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. light cream
1 tsp. salt
Dash of black pepper
Pinch of nutmeg

Boil broccoli 10 to 12 minutes (flowerettes only). When tender, drain well. Chop broccoli moderately coarse. Empty into large skillet and drop in butter. Set over medium heat. Add cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Heat and stir 1 to 2 minutes. Add walnuts and stir 1 to 2 minutes longer until steaming hot.
