CHOPPED BROCCOLI PARMESAN 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. broccoli
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 c. milk
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. melted butter

Cook broccoli, reserve 1/3 cup liquid. Melt butter, blend in flour, salt and pepper. Stir in milk and broccoli liquid. Set aside 2 tablespoons cheese. Add remaining to sauce mix. Cook and stir over medium heat until thick. Add broccoli. Pour into 1 quart baking dish. Combine crumbs, cheese and melted butter, sprinkle over broccoli. Bake 450 degrees for 10 minutes until top is brown.
