STUFFING HOMEMADE 
6 lbs. Arnold Brick Oven bread (2 lb. loaves)
3 lbs. onions
1 celery stalk
2 or 3 eggs
Bell seasoning to taste

Saute onions and celery in butter until soft (45 minutes). Add bread and water to desired texture. Cook about 1 to 1 1/2 hours on medium heat covered.

This is a recipe for a big Thanksgiving turkey. Almost exactly the same as my mom's recipe that she stuffs the turkey with except for the seasoning. Simple but excellent that everyone loves.
