HOMEMADE SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
3 cans tomato sauce
3 sm. cans tomato paste
2 cans stewed tomatoes, drained
1 onion
1 tsp. olive oil
1 garlic clove, diced
Salt
Pepper
Oregano
Seasoned salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. beer
Pork neck bone for flavor

In a big pot, put in 2 tablespoons olive oil and heat. Then add diced garlic. Cook until tender. Then add tomato sauce, tomato paste and stewed tomatoes. Blend well. Add onions, seasonings, sugar and beer. Add the pork neck bone. Cook on low heat for a good 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Spaghetti sauce always taste best the next day.
