BARBECUE PORK - SOUTHERN STYLE | |
2-4 lb. pork roast 2 c. water 16 oz. BBQ sauce with onions Boil pork roast in large pot of water for 2 hours. Take roast out and cool down on cutting board. Shred up all meat and remove bone and fat. Pour barbecue sauce on meat in glass 13x9x2 pan. Mix thoroughly. Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Serve over hot cornbread. |
