BARBECUED PORK ON BUNS 
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. mustard
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. red pepper
2 slices lemon
2 chopped onions
1/4 c. butter
4 c. thinly sliced left - over roast pork
1 c. catsup
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

In dutch oven combine first nine ingredients. Simmer uncovered 20 minutes. Add meat, catsup and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer slowly 45 minutes. Serve on buns. You can use any leftover roast or steak.
