CARAMEL PINEAPPLE PIE 
2/3 c. brown sugar
4 tbsp. flour
2 egg yolks
1/2 c. drained pineapple
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. water
1/4 c. orange juice
1/8 tsp. salt

Blend the ingredients well, cook until thickened; then cook 1 minute more. Pour into baked pie shell and cover with meringue.
