CARAMEL CRUST PEACH PIE | |
1/2 c. flour 1 1/2 c. oatmeal, uncooked 2/3 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. melted butter (1 stick) 1 can peaches (halves, 28 oz., drained) Combine flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt. Add butter. Press into 9 inch pie pan, reserving 1/2 cup for crumbs. Arrange drained, canned peaches in pie pan. Sprinkle with crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. |
