SUPER EASY CARAMEL CREAM PIE 
My grandmother used to spend forever making her own caramel pudding with milk, butter, brown sugar and egg yolk. This is a very good substitute and takes 10 minutes to prepare.

baked pie shell or graham cracker crumb crust
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
whipped topping or whipped cream
butterscotch sundae topping, at room temperature

Prepare instant puddings, together, following package directions for using 2 packages for a fuller pie. Pour in pie shell and chill for one hour.

Just before serving spread a thick layer of whipped topping over pie and drizzle with butterscotch sundae topping.
