LIME GELATIN SALAD 
1 pkg. lime Jello
1 #2 can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 pt. sour cream

Dissolve Jello in 1 cup boiling water; stir for 2-3 minutes. Refrigerate. When mixture starts to gel add sour cream and whip. Add drained pineapples and pecans. Pour into salad mold, if additional green color. Add green cake coloring. Serve over lettuce.
