1 pkg. lime flavored Jello
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. chopped carrots, peeled
1 sm. tomato, peeled & chopped
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
2 c. boiling water
Dash of salt

In a mixing bowl place lime Jello and hot water; stir until dissolved. Cool until slightly set and add all other ingredients. Pour into a mold and chill until well set. Cut into serving pieces and place each on a fresh lettuce bed.
