MONKEY BREAD 
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
4 cans biscuits (10 each)
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Spray a pound cake pan or a Bundt cake pan with oils. Mix 3/4 cups sugar and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon together. Cut biscuits into 1/4 pieces. Roll in mixture. Place chopped pecans in cake pan bottom. Put all biscuit pieces in pan.

Bring butter to simmering. Mix 1 cup of sugar in butter. Pour over cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes and turn onto a plate. Serve warm.
