CHICKEN FETTUCCINE 
6 chicken breasts
1/2 c. olive oil
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. basil
2 tsp. garlic
1 tbsp. red peppers

Soak chicken in all of the above for 24 hours.

Melt 1 1/2 tablespoons butter in small saucepan. Peel skin from chicken. Stir in 1/2 cup wine and 1/2 cup chicken broth. Boil down to 1 tablespoon. Add 2 cups heavy cream. Boil until thick and reduced to 1/2 cup.

Mix with vegetables of your choice, eg. mushrooms, red peppers, zucchini. Whatever you have in the refrigerator. Mix with chicken and sauce and pour over noodles of your choice. Ummmm good!
