CHICKEN FETTUCCINE 
1 lb. fetticine noodles
2 sticks and 1 tbsp. butter
1 c. diced onion
2 1/2 c. diced celery
5/8 c. green pepper
1 1/4 c. flour
Chicken stock (hot), 1 - 1 1/2 qts.
1 lb. sharp cheese grated (Cheddar)
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 c. chicken
Bread crumbs

Break noodles into 1 inch lengths. Cool and set aside.

Dice onion, celery and green pepper. Cook in butter until tender and transparent. Add flour. Blend well. Add stock. Cook until thick. Add cheese, salt and pepper to mixture and continue cooking until cheese is melted. Add chicken and cooked noodles.

Top with crumbs. Put into buttered pan. Bake at 375 degrees until hot and bubbly and crumbs are brown.
