CHICKEN CRESCENT CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked chicken or turkey
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained & sliced
2/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. sour cream
2/3 c. shredded Swiss or American cheese
2-4 tbsp. butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

In saucepan or microwave bowl, combine first 7 ingredients and cook until hot and bubbly. Pour into ungreased 8 x 12 inch baking dish. Place rolls over hot chicken mixture.

Combine cheese and melted butter and spread on rolls. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Serve immediately.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
