BUTTERSCOTCH PIE 
1 c. brown sugar
2 egg yolks
2 egg whites for topping
1 c. sweet milk
1 tsp. butter
1/2 c. cream
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla
Salt

Put brown sugar, egg yolks, sweet milk, cream and butter in double boiler and boil. Dissolve cornstarch in milk and put in boiling mixture. Add vanilla and salt. Put in baked crust. Put meringue on top, then place in oven to cook egg whites until golden color.
