SHRIMP DE JONGHE 
1/2 c. butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 c. snipped parsley
1/2 tsp. paprika
Dash cayenne
1/2 c. dry white wine
2 c. soft bread crumbs
4 c. cleaned, cooked shrimp

In saucepan, melt butter. Add garlic, parsley, paprika, cayenne, and wine; mix well. Stir in bread crumbs. Place shrimp in 13x9 baking dish. Pour butter mixture over shrimp.

Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until crumbs are brown. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving. Serves 6-8.
