SHRIMP DE JONGHE 
1/2 c. butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 c. parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp. paprika
Dash of cayenne
1/2 c. dry white wine (I use Vermouth)
2 c. progresso Italian style (important) bread crumbs
4 c. cleaned cooked shrimp

Melt butter; add garlic, parsley, paprika, cayenne and wine. Stir in bread crumbs. Place shrimp in 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inches baking dish. Spread butter mixture over. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until crumbs brown. Sprinkle with snipped parsley. I have used this as an appetizer or for a main course. Serves 6-8.
