SHRIMP DE JONGHE 
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. paprika
2/3 c. cooking sherry
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 lb. cooked shrimp

To melted butter, add garlic, parsley, paprika and cooking sherry; mix. Add bread crumbs and toss. Place shrimp in 11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish and spoon butter mixture over evenly. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until bread crumbs are browned. Serves 4-6 people.
