SHRIMP DE JONGHE 
2 lbs. boiled, cleaned shrimp
1 c. butter
1 clove crushed garlic
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/3 c. parsley, finely chopped
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 c. white wine

Melt butter. Mix in all ingredients except shrimp and bread crumbs. Mix well.

Arrange shrimp in baking dish and pour butter mixture over, then spread bread crumbs evenly over shrimp. Bake for 15 minutes in preheated 375 degree oven.
