VEGETABLE STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
6 med. green peppers
1 1/2 c. canned or fresh corn
1 c. diced raw tomatoes
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs

Remove tops and seeds from peppers. Parboil 5 minutes, then drain. Combine remaining ingredients and stuff peppers. Place upright in greased baking dish. Add small amount of water. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
