BRUNCH POTATOES 
2 lb. hash brown frozen Ore Ida potatoes
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
10 oz. pkg. cheddar cheese

Slightly thaw the potatoes and crumble apart. Mix all of the above and add potatoes. Put in a 9 x 13 inch buttered pan.

Melt 1/4 cup butter. Add 2 cups of slightly crushed Kelloggs corn flakes. Spread over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
